š Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
The item must be in the same condition you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Youāll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

š¦ Exchanges and Store Credit
If you want to exchange for another size or receive store credit and the order was shipped within Spain, we will provide a free return shipping label.
If you prefer a refund, we will also send you a return label, but the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount.

š International Returns
For orders placed outside of Spain, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees. We only accept returns if the customer ships the package to our address in Spain at their own expense.

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and find a solution.

Weāll notify you once weāve received and inspected your return and confirm whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within up to 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or card issuer may take longer to process the refund.
